Dunno what your engravings look like, but if you are basic 5x3 without lvl 3 set you have hard time competing with 5x3+1 people in lvl 3 sets. At 1540, u do kay nm, clown, and brel 1-2HM + 3-xxx whatever u can, in therms of efficiency. Once u are at 1580 its best to run brel hm 1-2, then 3-xx, kay hm and akkan. I think goal really long term should be getting 1540 on your alts, in order of which one you like the most. 1500 on whoever you don't care much for.

Hell, its probably more expensive to hone from 1590 to 1600 than making a brand new 1580. The shard and mat costs are ridiculous. To hone to 1600 from 1580 with average luck, you need: -6.7 million honor shards (majority need to be bought since we have so little time before Akkan release) -51.5 million silver.The poll needs to be more nuanced, I'm assuming you're talking about just 1580 for NM Akkan/ HM kaya. If the class is something like a surgeblade or MS summoner where 60%+ damage is one skill, then yes that skill should be level 9 gem. If it's more spread out like many of the fighter classes then a level 9 is extra but not the bare minimum.Yeah many that had a bunch of Akkan alts have come to this conclusion or will. Time to really focus on a main for HM Voldike or Thaemine. Resources permitting, I'd suggest to people to use free items/event items and tradable items on focusing main to 1620+.
