The bolt is clearly from a 98 Mauser. It looks to me like the follower has the remnants of a WWII inspector marking. I think it is a heavily sporterized German Kar 98k, possibly with a bolt from a 98a. Could be something else with a follower from another rifle. Like others said, photos show specific details without enough of an overall view.
