Hey G3NERALCROSS911 , Try disconnecting the MixAmp from your computer, close down the ASTRO Command Center and then launch it up again. Once it asks you to connect in PC mode, reconnect the MixAmp.

I recently bought an Astro a40 w/ mixamp headset for Black Friday and was really stoked to get this new headset. The headset is amazing and the sound quality of the headset overall is amazing but the microphone does not work properly. I mainly play apex legends. I also play on an Xbox one X.
