Bohemia only owns the Official servers, so they control when they wipe it and not. They have absolutely no control or say over player run dedicated servers that are on the community server lists. Official servers wipe less often, i think they said every 6 months a while back. Community servers if they have a smart server operator they will wipe ...It seems your best bet is to play on official servers. They almost never wipe, whereas most if not all community servers are wiped at least with every major update.
