Frayed Blade - arguably the best bleed-weapon in the game since the nerf to the Hollow/Rouge/Bleed as a whole. WA R2 gives you ~160-200 bleed buildup in a single attack (depending on the luck investment) and even if you run out of FP the buildup stays the same.
