Put the alcohol in your hands first, and then try right clicking to see if you get the option. But, I think it is too late at this point. It will clean it, but it won't get rid of an infection you already have.

It will eventually go away.Tetracycline will only do so much. It's important to keep yourself well fed, hydrated and warm. If all of your stats are in the white, you have a stronger immune system. A stronger immune system means you are less likely to become sick and illnesses will pass quickly with treatment. A cold is easy to avoid and beat if you keep your stats up.Common Cold. Cold is an actual disease in DayZ, and you can easily catch a cold from outside elements like wind or staying in cold water for too long as it lowers your body temperature. Your player will experience shivering, sneezing, or coughing when he catches a cold. Cure To Common Cold.
If you find a bottle of multivitamins or some tetracycline pills in a blue hospital building those should cure the sickness. You got sick with cholera from drinking unclean water. I can't speak for PC players, but getting sick on console is basically a death note.
