Well that's disappointing. I only figured out how to get people for legendary yesterday. And now I can't complete this because it doesn't rotate. Boo. What's wrong with rotating every three days instead of weekly. Sure people don't play every day but with this scheme, it would make a lot more people happy.

My current rank with xur is 13. The catalyst for the magnum that provides the main desire to even play dares, is at rank 16. Their is literally no way to currently gain extra xp in dares of eternity aside from i believe legend dares. I've yet to get a fireteam for that, so do correct me if legend dares doesn't provide extra progress.
