Just a heads up on numbers... don't forget that you need to deliver at the very least 1800 * 212 ccm of air per minute. to NOT RESTRICT the engine. that's 381,6 liter (~13 ft³) per minute. for a 3600rpm governed engine that is, so if the pump cannot move 780 ft³ of air per hour it'll not help at all.
