Have had smithville for a couple of years now. We have had 1 outage that they posted info to their facebook page about (accessed via cell network when service was down). There are some areas where they have older equipment that basically limit you to around 300mb. Not the end of the world by far but should be noted when they advertise "up to" 1 gb
