Aug 26, 2018 · Roll the driver's window halfway down. Pull up on the window switch to fully close the window and continue leave the switch pulled up for a few more seconds. Done with that one. Move to the passenger's seat, repeat the procedure for that window using the switch on the passenger's door. To me the key is the interior lights that no longer work, which I would think is a fuse under the dash as opposed to in the engine compartment. Eventually the motor wins out, but you may want to try running a credit card or something else thin, flexible and not sharp between the glass and rubber. Pull the driver's window switch up and continue holding it up for a few seconds after it's fully closed. Repeat for the passenger window from the passenger's seat. Done!
