Randomly the other day, internet goes out and I'm now getting the No Signal blinking blue light on my modem from Centurylink. Went through all the usual cycling resets, and also called customer service. They have to send a tech over to fix it, because they are not getting any signal on their end. All the wires from the power converter look correct.
