No, higher agility doesn't increase bleeding. Bleeding occurs when they do a heavy attack (I.E., the right-click) and bleeding doesn't occur when they do a light attack (left-click). Boots of the serpent and bracers of the serpent. You should be able to get like 50 in strength, 50 in vitality, 20 in agility, 20 in grit, and 20 in encumbrance with 500+ armor.
