Ophidia Spathe should give an additional melee charge overall, not just for knives. Ophidia Spathe is only good for infinite knives for middle tree gunslinger in PvE, and it just stops there. Both other knife abilities for the other two trees for gunslinger are just underwhelming and a buff to them most likely won't fix the exotic.
