And with level 78 luck (respec) as well as symbol as avarice, crystal sage rapier and +3 gold serpent ring.Then run back after the ball passes again and repeat. Drop rate isn't great, but you can average roughly 30 seconds per kill if you get a clean run. Most of that due to waiting for the ball and extra walking if the skeleton's both fail to see you, or you mess up a little killing them due to the tight corridor.

You can farm those items (even though it's still kinda slow but way faster than waiting for invasions). Vertebra Shackles are a rare item drop from most karthus skeletons and Proofs of concord are also a rare drop from silver knights in anor londo. So stack item discovery gear and items and start doing farm runs :)Farming vertebra shackles is, in fact, worse than farming concords. It's soul destroying.
