ABTF doesn’t use plus four and it’s more accurate to use you underbust measurement as your band size. Often people with 28” bands choose 30s simply because they’re easier to find.

And breasts can look quite different in size and shape when they're in a well-fitting bra versus a poorly fitting bra and braless, and even in different bras that fit well.

You can only remove projection, not edit the footprint of the breast so reduced breasts are shaped differently than non-reduced breasts of the same volume. The calculator doesn’t handle it well.
