Blue Cross Blue Shield has really gone… Blue Cross Blue Shield has really gone downhill, at least from when I previously had it (in 2009). I thought this was supposed to be a widely accepted, well protected insurance - wrong. They deny claims they shouldn't, fight your providers on payment (I've had some of my Dr's offices tell me this).
