honestly the best way to fix this is just do a (annoyingly long) reinstall of the game, but its always worth checking if vortex could just needed an update and its not showing it. but if you already used vortex AND bg3mm at the same time… it probably messed up some files, so if validating the games files doesn’t work then probably delete ...
