BOTW is better in Cemu, it’s a weird edge case that will always run better. That said, yes, BOTW has been improved massively over the last few months and now works with the Vulkan renderer which is much faster. Use power tools and turn off SMT if using Yuzu, and set GPU to normal (this breaks some graphics in cities). Ryujinx - no settings will make it better. It's the game that runs poorly. Wait for a Nintendo patch for it to run on Deck. Stream it from a more powerful PC.

There's the Steam Dock peripheral for playing it docked to a TV just like the switch. The only thing missing is the ability to stow the joycons into the body of the deck (it has a built in controller so you don't need the joycons to play handheld), and you'd have to get a case for the deck with a kickstand as there isn't one built in.
