3 Messages. 3 years ago. I've been on the phone with tech support. There is a known issue where parental controls are not working. Apparently, it seems if the site URL does not begin with 'www' or has a redirect from 'www', it bypasses the parental controls. This is a concern, because it essentially means that parental controls are not working.
