The new corrupted perk will replace the old one, and they will be more powerful but cause a permanent corruption of 2.5% per perk, per level.

The folders mentioned in those logs (package, build and source folders) are only internally set as "dirty" state by Conan transiently while Conan operates on them, and would only remain in that state if the operations are interrupted/ not completed successfully.

Note that if we don't pass the --build=editable to conan build hello, the binaries for say/0.1 that is in editable mode won't be available and it will fail. With the --build=editable, first a build of the say binaries is done locally and incrementally, and then another incremental build of hello will be done.
