Sad to see people downvote players looking for help. Im not sure if you still need help but you should be able to fold it, make sure your hands are empty. just use hands from inside looking at it. You need to find the right spot. If you already put the logs in and used a shovel then you need to use a shovel.

You can rotate the fence kits. If you lose track, the logs always lay on the inside of the fence when attached. I can only speak for consoles but when your setting the fence kit whichever way you are facing is the outward way. (Where your eyes are facing is out with you being on the inside).
