Its better. No. My fondest memories of gaming were from DayZ Vanilla and DayZ Origins but it's simply not better. For 2017-2018 standards it's jank af, buggy, looks bad and believe it or not has less content than 0.62 except maybe basebuilding which is IMO amazing in Vanilla but just came to the game way too late (I'm not counting janky ...Steep learning curve but worth it.
