Bastilla left a holocron that the Exile can find in Kotor II for the DS ending before going to find her lover, Revan. It only narrowly survived the relentless looting because it was trapped behind a door (to Uthar Wynn's old room I believe) that needed serious explosives to unlock. I always used to think the Dark Side ending of K1 led into the beginning of K2 better, what with the Jedi Order wiped out and the Republic on the verge of collapse. It made sense to me that Revan continued to lead the Sith against the Republic, overwhelming it and the Jedi Order with an incredible combination of military genius, Star Forge ...
