If gas flow out around the end that goes into the engine, you need a new pump. My 50hp 4-stroke will dump 2 quarts of gas in the oil overnight if I leave the gas line hooked up.

My problem is that while in gear (F & R) @ idle, when I shift into Neutral, the engine stalls every time. It will immediately start with the ignition key while in Neutral.
