1 review US Jan 22, 2023 Great coverage, with or without primary insurance I originally got Sidecar to cover some expenses until my company insurance policy kicked in, but ended up keeping my Sidecar because it was helping so much. My employer doesn't provide health insurance, and the main reason I stick with Sidecar is that it's just easier than trying to pick from all the confusion of a regular health insurance plans.

I'm a Sidecar Health customer and I recently submitted claims for an outpatient *** repair at a *** center. The total billed charges were $4991.43, but Sidecar's app estimated coverage at $7041. They did mention that there might be some differences between their coverage and the actual costs, which I understood.The cost of the surgery is $1500. Sidecar Health is a scam. They stopped offering me service after I wanted to do a preventative procedure recommended by my doctor. I've been using traditional insurance companies for 30+ years and I've never been treated like this.
