To answer your question, if you were at +3 at question 114 (based on the graph) and answered question 115 wrong (taking you down to +2) and remained above the pass line for the last 60 questions, then you passed even though you answered the last question wrong. 3. rocky. I mean it certainly could've been, just not the case 100% of the time that someone goes to 145. Plus keep in mind, some people are randomly selected to go all the way to 145 questions, no matter how well you're actually doing.

This is literally me rn. I took the Nclex Feb 10th and got to 104 questions and did the trick and got the bad pop up. I used U world and Mark K too. ... Same thing happened to me- I got all 145 Qs (55 SATAs and tons on prioritization), got the bad pop up, and got charged when I put in my correct info. Found out I failed today.
Passed at 145 questions. I tested this week and just found out I passed NCLEX! I had 41 SATA, a ton of priority and delegation and three of the "place in order" questions.
