I called the credit card company right away, and thought it was taken care of, but now they have put the charge back on the credit card -- so as of now, Traveleuro has stolen $66 from us. I'm still fighting. I'm not sure if this is simply gross incompetence on Traveleuro's part, or out-and-out criminal behavior. An honest review. Look, Traveluro is not a scam. They can be frustrating to deal with, and their terms and conditions are quite strict, but they are genuine. Their customer support team is limited, and it can be difficult to contact at times, BUT they are what they are. The hotel said they couldn’t cancel as I had booked through traveleuro and the phone no on travel euro app doesn’t work so only means of contacting was email I’ve sent several bot they don’t have the decency to reply I would never use them again it’s worst than a scam. They do not have good customer service. There is not a legitimate telephone number given where they can be reach. Each number gives a recording or the option key hangs up. Good customer service is the key to a good business. Beware and read the reviews before making a reservation through them.
