John deere shuttle shift problems.
I swapped the forward and reverse shift solenoids and the problem stayed in the forward side. So then I swap the wires at the solenoid connections, so that forward and reverse were reversed at the shuttle shift lever, no change, problem stayed in the forward direction, so I know it is in the transmission and not in the computer controlled circuit.
Turn the key to the run position but don't start the tractor, the center dash should say "DIA". Using the turn signal turn to the right until the dash displays "CCU". I have found that it will come out of reverse if you are still rolling backwards. However, this is not always possible.

Regarding John Deere Powershift transmission problems, checking the fluid levels is necessary. To do this, locate the dipstick and check the liquid status.
