I've run around a lot on Layton Lake, and for moose and elk, just in general actually, the very best hunting spot I have found so far, is calburn river. Hey guys, I saw that the Roosevelt Elk lived in Layton Lake, but I have never ever seen or heard one, any help? :) Go east to roonachee and calburn and especially the highton river. That’s where the elk hang out. North of the map, especially the Rivers and lakes.
