My preference is based totally on looks and with that I rank Pro-Action #1, Ohlins #2 and Legends #3. I like the finish of the Pro-Action shocks and they look more robust than the other two brands. I only rank Ohlins #2 because of the external reservoir. As stated above, The NIX 22 is just Ohlins putting out a product to cover the R3/400, and is very basic with little to no actual valving and engineering development. While high quality in material and build, the base GP Suspension is still far superior over the base Ohlins carts. 1 Reply. M.
