Hi Guys, I am priceing up a 17hmr rifle build, whats the best chassis for the cz 457? KRG Bravo vs MDT LSS-Rf vs MDT Oryx, ect. I dont want to spend to much. Also, what's out opinion on the CZ 457 Varmint vs Tikka T1x? at this stage I am leaning toward the CZ.One of the more budget-friendly chassis from MDT, the XRS has a lot in common with the KRG Bravo. A lot of plastic, but a solid frame under it all that makes for a good chassis. Personally, I like the design of the XRS a little better because of things like the interchangeable grip, small barricade stop, and the much cheaper accessories.This just isnt comfortable to me. Both work, depends on what you are going to do with the rifle. Hunting rifle to carry, KRG BRAVO hands down. PRS, blind hunting, sitting on a mountain, or a ridge, the Oryx. JMHO.

Going with the MDT xrs also let's me add a different companies product so I don't have 2 different tikkas in 2 krg chassis. Now I will have 2 tikkas in different chassis. Long story short I'm going T1x in an MDT xrs fde color.

KRG looks cooler, and I prefer the size of their grip/palm swell, but I’m sure it’s dealers choice on end performance. Apparently an unpopular opinion, but I've shot both and MUCH prefer the XRS.
