I have a few on my belly right now. The worst one is right next to my belly button. I have had "baby rash" my whole pregnancy, but I have found as my face and arms (they went to my elbows) lessen, my belly worsens. It's like it's just moving its way down and in a month I wouldn't be surprised if I had them on my thighs.
