Hard to believe since they were changed out 3 weeks ago when I had my 25 hr break-in oil change done. They changed oil, filters and the plugs.Sep 14, 2021 · Help rzr won’t start no spark. So I got my 2015 rzr 1000 xp stuck pretty good the other night the front end was pretty far under the water/sand/mud mixture but the rear of the rzr was still on dry ground it was running for a good 20 minutes sitting like that and never overheated. OK - the spark is controlled by the ECM. First check for 12v on the white wire at the coil - then check for 12v on the black wire when the connector is plugged into the coil. When the ECM calls for spark, it momentarily connects the black wire to ground (not a CDI ignition but electronic ignition) Shop Owner and Mechanic with over 50 years ...Remove one of the coils, from the spark plug. Use an extra spark plug. A spark plug tester. Or even a screwdriver, in the end of the coil. Ground it on a piece of metal on the engine. Finally, have someone crank the engine, and watch for a spark. No spark, indicates an ignition problem.

No Spark unless I disconnect CDI box ground. Someone stole all of my quads and left my 2000 Trail Blazer 250 behind, but that one had all kinds of wires cut under the "hood", like they were trying to hot wire it. I spliced all the wires back together, matching colors. I did have to add about 2" of wire between each cut to get them back together.

Won't start on starting fluid either. I pulled a spark plug and confirmed there's no spark. Checked for power to the coils and don't have anything on the middle terminal. Should be 12v.
