I can not view pictures (.heic files) sent to me via iMessage on my iPhone (screenshot attached), but I can view the same picture on my iPad or Mac. Tapping on the file or its link on my iPhone does not open it either. I'm using an iPhone 13 pro max with the latest version of iOS (16.4.1). Any ideas on how to fix it?
