Litter robot says offline.

My litter robot will constantly say Offline in the Whisker app. I have thoroughly troubleshooted this issue and have concluded that there is an issue with the LR4 and NOT my network. I'm a network engineer in my job. This is a widely known problem on the LR4 by researching online. The wifi light on my LR4 keeps blinking blue, I've tried to turn the wifi off and on multiple times like the app suggests, to no avail. It just keeps blinking blue and my app tells me it's offline. We have been having problems with our LR3 the past 2-3 weeks. Today we realized it hasn't notified us that it was full, so we checked on it and it wasn't cycling at all. We turned it off and back on again, checked the app and it said it was offline and then at 0%. In the history, it says it was reset and that a cycle was complete and was 6% full.
