Crank no start. It will fire a few times but the just continue turning over with the starter. The cold side intake tube just before the butterfly is wet with what smells like fuel.Next day change fuel filter message and no start. Replaced the filter head and filter primed the system like crazy still no start. Its building like 6k psi of fuel pressure no smoke or fuel smell at all from exhaust. It does have a code for stabilitrak but it has always been there. I have checked for the chafed wiring etc and have not found any ...Change the fuel filter often, the Duramax fuel system is fed by suction from the fuel tank and the slightest filter plugging will starve and overwork the fuel pump. The newer 17 models finally use a fuel boost pump to correct the starve issue. I know I’m a little answering this, but thanks to all for the advise.

Had the CP4 and fuel pressure regulator replaced and that did not change a thing. Crank no start-leaking fuel. I changed the injectors/glow plugs on 06 Duramax 3500 LBZ and now have crank no start and leaks fuel when cranking. Checked all High pressure & return lines and no leaks. Jan 12, 2021. #1. 2016 LML will randomly lose almost all of the gauges, does not show what gear it is in and says service stabilitrak, service 4wd, service power steering, and service trailer system. Most of the time this condition lasts 30 seconds while driving, it will not shut off, but it does shift rough when it does it.

Double check your electrical connections, particularly the one that connects to the driver side fuel rail at the front of the engine, the fuel press regulator. When I did my hg, I had the same crank and no start. Feb 7, 2014 · If you got fresh fuel in the can, and the stock filter is in place, change the filter on the truck, pour 911 in the new filter and some in the 5 gallon container. Run the supply tube from the pump into the can and start priming the fuel through until you get a good stream. Close the bleeder pump til hard and try to start.
