As will the standard MP5 carrier group, but for the standard parts, you'd only need to change the carrier itself, the HK94 bolt head is the same as the MP5 bolt head. I was looking at the full auto bolt carrier the other day and noticed it had a date code stamped in it saying "0R" meaning, I believe, a "Zero and then the letter R".
