Same problem. But also, when I detached the trailer and drove off this time, the trailer followed about 5 car lengths behind, as if it were hooked to a kinetic recovery rope. It was very funny. My guess is that the trailer is being connected twice and believes it's connected to two different locations (maybe due to the other player).
