I'm wondering how Webull charges its borrow fee rate for short selling. I can't find any info on its site, but lets say I see a stock that looks promising as a stock to short. Webull says its borrow fee rate is 5% because it's hard to borrow. Does that mean Webull takes 5% of the value of the number of shares I short?
