If you mean your TV's own CC, for that you need to use the TV's remote to set the option. If they are then go into your menu, then settings, and then accessibility settings. Once there make sure you’re on digital track service one. Then make sure the program you’re watching has closed captioning. If you press the info button on the program somewhere it should say CC in that info. But you probably already know that.
