Purchased two Gotrax GXL-V2 the other day directly from Gotrax. One works fine…the other doesnt work. I called Gotrax and their phones do not work. Message said to email only. I emailed that I wanted to return one of the scooters for replacement with a new unit or refund if they only wanted to “repair” the scooter.
