Aug 31, 2013. #1. Just took the bike out for the first ever ride. Not one problem, thing ran great. I went inside for 25 minutes then went back out for another ride and tried to pull start it and it was locked up. I looked and there was gas dripping out of the exhaust. I took the exhaust off and there was gas and oil mixed in there.Fairly easy put a slightly upgraded 212ish motor on a kart using a 30 or 40 series CVT and properly geared do 45MPH - but reverse adds a bit of a challenge. They do make a Chinese F/N/R gearbox that does solve the problem, and the ratio inside is decent - 1.3:1 in F and 2.6:1 in R.

BTW, since it is a 212cc on a Dingo with (assuming) 18" Tires you should be using a Torque Converter. If a 30 series with 6" Driven pulley, it will have a 10% overdrive. If you gear the kart 6:1 with a TC, in overdrive it will be 5.4 :1. 5000 RPM. 5.4 :1 Gear Ratio.
