ATM9 hydro beds can't plant seeds. Seeds are crafted using an Infusion Altar and Infusion Pedestals. Placing the altar in the world will show you where to place the pedestals. You are also going to want to make some Inferium Seeds for another source of Inferium Essence. You can get more Inferium Essence per harvest from Inferium Seeds by planting them on Essence Farmland.

Idk if itegrated dynamics has a 1.15 version but you can do it though that mod. I use botany pots in 1.15.2. If you just want the product (inferium) any auto farm from any mod should be able to do it. I don't know what options you have in 1.15.1, but there should be something.
