The versamec had all steel dies and included the pro check. The 600 started with steel dies and no pro check. The later ones had plastic dies. The 700's work great. I still have two 50 years old that I use for hunting loads and load development. Age just makes one old. Only the wise benefit from experience.

I am unable to get sufficient sizing action on the #1 (reconditioning) station of my MEC 600 Jr. with the automatic primer feeder installed. The primer feed assembly raises the nut that positions the eject bolt, creating a dilemma.
