Open up Reshade, and it should automatically open up all the filters. I don't remember which filter it is that blurs the background, but click through the active filters to see which one causes that effect. And then if you want, go through other filters to see if you like them, most can be configured and fine-tuned.

This preset was designed to increase the vibrance, color balance, and clarity of FFXIV while also improving shadows on buildings/character models. Feel free to use it as is or alter the settings to your preference! Pressing the shortcut key to open the Reshade Menu just doesn't work for me. I've verified this is reshade as I tested it on multiple games and I can't open the UI. I have tried: - Rebinding the shortcut key to something else in Reshade.ini. - Reinstalling (countless times)
