the spot cream is very effective! the spot cream is very effective. it's very strong and you need to use spf religiously. i've been on it for 10 months and it's made a big change in my skin. it took longer than 2 months to get rid of all the melasma but it's worked better than anything else before. it's a little expensive for me but so worth it.
