This is because of the FPS mods. i`m not very clear on how it works but from my understanding cutscenes were made for a fixed FPS. when you run the game at a higher fps it messes up the game timings on the voicelines and animations. That`s the same for TOTK. 1.

On ryujinx, probably not. Nor yuzu. 60fps is something that needs more finely tunes than the current mod is able to do. It's mainly why cemu is the recommended experience for botw. That got alot more focus from modders to make it the ideal experience. Runs better too. Ur specs cant do 60 fps on yuzu. the 60fps mod is broken. It actually causes the game to run at half speed. As suggested, if you want to play it at 60fps you'll have to use cemu. I think you can easily get 60fps using cemu (wii u) instead of yuzu.. you can always give it a try. BOTW on Cemu has very much more performance than BOTW on Yuzu, and this isn't good. Yuzu isn't that good to run BOTW and the engine behind TOTK will be the same as BOTW's, so: if you don't have a very good setup, maybe TOTK can be unplayable or get a bad performance at launch. I have Yuzu but decided to get CEMU for BoTW a few days ago, I'm in love. I'm finally experiencing BoTW at 60fps, even after beating the Wii U and switch version a few times this "port" feels like a breath of fresh air! From save editors, to mods through bcml/game banana, the game is best on CEMU.

If you really want it to stay at 30 fps you can always activate the frame limiter in Emulation > Configure... > General > Framerate Cap. 1.
