Today, 7/15/2020, I had a letter hung out on my mail box for pick up. The postal delivery person deposited my incoming mail and completely ignored my outgoing piece. I am an elderly person and am unable to go out to post my mail. I would like to know why the carrier did not pick up my outgoing mail.
