Its actually not too bad. The problem with lane ryze is that u have to face an oponent 1v1 with no dmg, no sustain, no nothing until u get a couple items. With ryze jungle youre able to safely farm (if the enemy doesnt invade you) and your ganks arent bad at all with a point and click CC. Only thing that helds him back is stuff like WW Kha Udyr ...Let's say Ryze has ~3000 total mana with Muramana and a mana Mythic. The 2.5% max mana is 75 on-hit damage (if I understand correctly, the same ability can proc it only once every 4 seconds). At this point, Ryze's fluxed Overload AP ratio is probably 0.765 (rank 2 ult). EQ will proc it twice I think (correct me if this is wrong).
