I made a bash script that runs through Cygwin (requires nc; netcat) so you can easily decrypt a single file or decrypt all files in a folder.

The thing that tripped me is you have to use the emulator to initiate the scan at the ATM. Use the real controller to walk up to the ATM and then use the emulator to navigate the menus.
